If Jenny smiles at me and asks me about my day, genuinely caring how the day is for me not just going through the motions! Then she whips up my Grande Hot White and calls out my name again with a smile. Then she takes 5 more seconds to hand it personally to me, ties in a quick tidbit from what I shared with her about my day and wishes me well…
Now I leave feeling good, being happy not just being served.
